For the second week of science club we made elephant toothpaste! This was a very exciting chemical reaction which broke down hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen, which when combined with washing up liquid made lots of foam! We used dried yeast to make the reaction happen faster and we could feel the heat that the reaction gave off!
